I installed the App so I could deposit checks without going to a branch. But that feature does not work as I get a message asking me to install the Velocity Mobile App. When I click on the link to install the App, I get a "Try again message, link not found." I am obviously using the App to attempt to make a deposit in the first place. I've been using Velocity as my bank for over 15 years, but I'm seriously considering closing my accounts and using a bank/credit union that has a functioning phone App. Every banking institution should have a mobile App that works in the 2020s. This is a major fail.
For some reason the mobile check deposit feature is no longer available why is that?

So I tried to close my account with these clowns or at least freeze it. I'm in the army and can't come to Austin to close it and they're saying that's the only way they will. They've been charging me service fees that I didn't authorize and overdraft fees for those fees. I'd be fine with just paying the balance to close it out but they refuse to let me close it. Do not do business with these crooks
Can't acess my account
Biometrics feature doesn't work and I don't log in enough to remember my password so I have to CALL every single time to have my password reset. Very annoying. But I am glad I can transfer money to another bank account easily.
Works very good now days.
